For me, especially since...Good for you, Stephanie!

For me, especially since I've always been a big eater, exercise is a big part of life. The thing is, I truly enjoy it! That would be my recommendation; do things you enjoy, and try to do at least 1 thing a day for around an hour. Also, toss it up a lot. Do things that are hard and easy, and alter what you're doing.

KellyKelly@TearingUpHouseshttp://tearinguphouses.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-861480907374191047.post-54551263723181243142010-01-27T22:47:55.057-05:002010-01-27T22:47:55.057-05:00That's AWESOME!!!
I'm 1/4 of the way to m...That's AWESOME!!!

I'm 1/4 of the way to my goal too!! ;)

I try to get in a cardio work out at least 3-4 times a week (I'd love to do more, but until it's warmer and can just run outdoors this is what's workable to get me to the gym)

Then, strength training 2 times a week. I LOVE Body Pump class at our gym - it's offered at YMCA's as well. I do so much better in class-type workouts than on my own - and the music is so motivating too!

My mom just walks every day 30-45 minutes and that has worked really well for her in addition to monitoring her food intake.heidi @ wonder woman wannabehttp://www.1wonderwomanwannabe.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
